My name is Willie, about two and a half years ago I was working part time behind the bar at the Horn Inn here in bonnie Duns.

It was a quiet night so I was playing some sixties CD's, and a few of the regulars started to guess the groups and singers.

It developed into a great evening and interest was expressed in doing the same more competitively, thus was born the Quiz.

As I was friendly with the landlord and his good lady at the time, everything was agreed amicably.

My wife Susie has accompanied me from the start, marking the answer sheets and helping to organise things.

When the landlord left the Horn, we re-located to the White Swan Hotel in Duns Square, where we still reside today.

As the quiz progressed Susie's sister Debbie joined the merry throng, operating the laptop computer and assisting Susie.

As for my part in all of this fun, I am the quizmaster, I ask the questions and generally try to keep order.
